Illuminated Code from Space - Macrocosm and Microcosm by Haari Tesla

An experiment with images of space with tilt shift which resulted in nebulae, galaxies, and supernovae transformed into microorganisms.

Macrocosm and microcosm is an ancient Greek Neo-Platonic schema of seeing the same patterns reproduced in all levels of the cosmos, from the largest all the way down to the smallest scale.

"People who will not sustain trees will soon live in a world that will not sustain people."

Bryce Nelson (via sci-universe)

"I like to see people reunited, I like to see people run to each other, I like the kissing and the crying, I like the impatience, the stories that the mouth can’t tell fast enough, the ears that aren’t big enough, the eyes that can’t take in all of the change, I like the hugging, the bringing together, the end of missing someone."

Jonathan Safran Foer, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close (via dandlings)

"Have you ever had that feeling—that you’d like to go to a whole different place and become a whole different self?"

"I never wish to be easily defined. I’d rather float over other people’s minds as something strictly fluid and non-perceivable; more like a transparent, paradoxically iridescent creature rather than an actual person."

Franz Kafka (via razorshapes)

Morgan Page - Fight For You

Meeting you here, the night’s alight with midnight cheer
Our dust still unsettled, I feel the plucking of our petals
I’m drawing circles don’t you know, protect the seed that wants to grow
To a garden, pardon my territory

I’d fight for you
I never knew that I could feel this way
I’m right for you
This kinda love don’t happen everyday

Be friendly but cautious, you’re gonna have to count your losses
Easily attracted, but dangerous to get distracted
I’m drawing circles don’t you know, protect the seed that wants to grow
To a garden, pardon my territory

I’d fight for you
I never knew that I could feel this way
I’m right for you
This kinda love don’t happen everyday

I’d fight for you
I didn’t wanna have to raise my voice
I’m right for you
You really leave me with no choice

So what do you want and what are you thinking?
Isn’t it about time you stuck up for me?
But what you can’t see is we’re under siege
And I only fight because I believe
Not gonna share you no

I’d fight for you
I never knew that I could feel this way
I’m right for you
This kinda love don’t happen everyday

I’d fight for you
I didn’t wanna have to raise my voice
I’m right for you
You really leave me with no choice

I’d fight for you
I didn’t wanna have to raise my voice
I’m right for you
You really leave me with no choice

I’d fight for you
I’m right for you

"Read. It makes you more intelligent. It’s that simple. We all see the universe through the tiny keyhole of our own eyes, and every book is another keyhole from which you can gaze."

Avatar - In Napalm

Keep me in mind
For all of your trials
Keep me forever
Just give me a day in denial

Grant me a wish
Just a mistake
Grant me a fire to love
Make me feel
Before it’s too late

Burn
Let me burn
Let me cleanse my soul
Cleanse my soul in napalm

Drown me in sand
For all coming eons
Drown me in sorrow
Just take me back home
Where I came from

Give me a chance
Let me explain
Give me the cure
To the sickness I am
I can’t take the strain
Give me a name
Something to save
Give me a meaning
To live with my stains
It can’t be too late

All men on deck
Take your stations
I am ready to roll
The countdown has started
I’m out on a mission
I’m going
I’m going home
